Patricia is knowledgeable, professional, personable and knows how to close a deal. My husband and I would not hesitate in the future to use Patricia again as our real estate agent.
I would wholeheartedly recommend you to family and friends and fully expect to work with you again when I’m next looking to sell, buy or lease property in CT. Take care, Patricia, and much continued success.

Frequently Asked Questions

We love your questions. Here are a few that are frequently asked.

Unfortunately, the internet does not tell you the whole story about properties. Often, internet listings are incomplete, and inaccurate, and the value of a property is based on more than material facts. My research tactics are more thorough and efficient than what a buyer can achieve on his or her own.

In addition, I will position you to be a more competitive buyer. When you are backed by the right team, your offer can appear stronger than those of competing buyers in your price range.

Finally, throughout your search I contribute a trained eye that is critical for comparing property options, and all of these buyer and investor services are granted at no cost to you.

Realtors are voluntary members of the National Association of Realtors, who commit to a higher standards than the average real estate agent. When you work with a Realtor, you are entitled to confidentiality, full disclosure, advocacy and many other rights. Furthermore, the agency relationship is a contract that gives the REALTOR® a fiduciary duty for 6 specific standards. We remember the standards by using the acronym OLD CAR: (Obedience, Loyalty, Disclosure, Confidentiality, Accountability and Reasonable Care/Diligence).
